No. The SOWs, estimates, status updates, change orders, and project quote math are built-in skills that need nothing connected. The CRM unlocks the follow-up and engagement-status features — drafting from a client's stage and last touchpoint, and flagging clients whose projects have gone quiet.

No. Wrasse drafts messages in your voice for you to send; it never contacts a client on its own, never sends without your say-so, and never invents a project fee or scope. It runs the quote math on the numbers you give it and reports each project as it actually stands. You see every draft before it goes out.

Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your client data without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data, and one client's details never surface in another's draft. Wrasse holds the line. When a client asks for work beyond the agreed SOW, it drafts a change order with its own cost and timeline rather than quietly expanding the project — keeping the original scope and the new ask clearly separate, so you get paid for the extra work.

It runs the math. Tell it a day rate and a count of days, an hourly rate and hours, or a fixed project fee, and it returns the breakdown — basis, any rush, discount, tax, the total, the deposit due upfront, and the remaining balance. It never sets a price for you; the numbers are the ones you give it.
