Personal Trainers
Lets clients book themselves, chases rebooks when a pack runs out, preps every session, and keeps the package math straight.
What Personal Trainers takes off your desk.
Clients book themselves
A link that shows only your open slots. No back-and-forth about what time works.
Rebooks chased
Knows whose pack has run out and how long ago, and writes the nudge in your tone.
Sessions prepped
What they lifted last time, what they are working towards, and what they said hurt.
Package math
Blocks, expiries, and no-show policy counted correctly every time.
From morning rush to evening wrap.
You don't manage the agent. You delegate, and it reports back — with everything it touched on the record.
New lead from the gym — wants to start. Can they book?
- Checked your diary. Four open slots this week, two next.
- Your intro session is 45 minutes, and it is the right first booking here.
- Built a booking link that shows only your open slots.
- Also checked Sam: his pack ran out eleven days ago and he has not rebooked.
- Drafted a rebook nudge for Sam that mentions the squat goal he hit.
“Nice work getting to 100kg before the pack ended — want to keep it going? I have Tuesday 7am or Thursday 6pm free next week.”
Booking link ready to send. Sam’s nudge held for your approval, and I will tell you the moment either one books.
- Google Calendar
- Stripe
Independent trainers running their own diary and their own client list.
Gyms with a front desk that already books the floor.
Every action, on the record.
Held actions wait for you. Blocked ones never ran. Open a row to read the reasoning.
Reading your own message threads is always allowed under your default policy. No approval needed, and it is still written to the log.
Read-only lookup against the MLS connection you authorised at setup. Nothing was written or shared.
Your policy holds every outbound message to a client for approval. The draft sat in the thread until you replied “send”.
Released by you at 07:44 with a one-word reply. The exact text that was sent is stored against this entry.
Calendar holds on your own diary are pre-approved. Invitations to other people are not — that is a separate rule.
Open any row to see why the agent did it.

The things people ask about Personal Trainers.
How do clients book a session?
Through your own booking link, on the built-in Wrasse scheduler — no third-party signup. You set your availability and session types in the dashboard → Scheduling, share your link, and clients open it, see only your open times, and book themselves in. You can also hand a client their link, check open slots, or book someone in directly from chat.
Do I have to use the Wrasse scheduler?
No — the built-in Wrasse scheduler is live on day one, so you can take bookings immediately. If you already use a booking or payments tool, you can connect it and Wrasse will use it instead. Either way, the booking link, open-slot lookup, and direct booking all work from chat.
Does it work with my CRM?
We connect to the CRM you already use, and we're adding more through the beta — prioritized by what members actually use. Tell us your tools during onboarding. Without a CRM connected, Wrasse still drafts from the details you give it.
Will it ever message a client or book someone on its own?
No. Wrasse drafts messages in your voice for you to send, and it confirms before sending a link, booking a client, or sharing anything externally. It never contacts a client on its own, never invents a price or an open time — it runs the package math on the numbers you give it and checks the scheduler for real availability. You see every draft before it goes out.
What about confidentiality? What my clients share is sensitive.
Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your client data without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data, and one client's details never surface in another's draft. See the control overview for the full picture.
Can it handle the money side of a package?
It runs the math. Tell it a session rate and a count, a flat package price, or a monthly rate over a number of months, and it returns the breakdown — basis, any discount, tax, total, your pre-tax net, and the effective per-session rate. It never sets a price for you; the numbers are the ones you give it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your data exports on request — full activity log, every saved note, every draft.
