Does it work with my CRM?
We connect to the CRM you already use, and we're adding more through the beta — prioritized by what members actually use. Tell us your tools during onboarding. Without a CRM connected, Wrasse still drafts from the details you give it.
What about MLS access?
Closer connects to most MLSs. You provide your MLS credentials during onboarding; we use them only for the lookups you authorize. Without an MLS connection, Closer still works — it falls back to public listing data.
Can my clients tell they're talking to an AI?
Closer drafts messages in your voice for you to send — it doesn't talk to your clients directly. Your clients are talking to you. You see every draft before it goes out. If you want Closer to auto-send (we don't recommend it for first-touch), you can set that per-client yourself.
What about confidentiality? My client data is sensitive.
Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your CRM data without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data. See the control overview for the full picture.
How long is the beta?
The founding cohort starts June 2026 and runs through Q3. ~100 seats at $39/mo for life. After that, Closer opens to general availability at $59/mo, alongside bundles for consultants, insurance agents, agencies, and more in their own cohorts.
What if it makes a mistake?
Closer defaults to draft, not send. Every outbound message, every scheduled showing, every contract action waits for your confirmation unless you've explicitly authorized it to act on a whole group without asking. If something goes wrong despite that, the activity log shows every step it took — you can replay or reverse any of it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your data exports on request — full activity log, every saved note, every draft. If you cancel during the founding cohort, you keep the $39/mo lock-in if you come back.
