Scope
Drafts proposals and SOWs, keeps client follow-ups on track, preps you for every meeting, and runs the invoicing math.
What Scope takes off your desk.
Proposals and SOWs
Written from your past scopes and rates, with the open questions listed instead of guessed at.
Follow-ups that land
Knows which client owes you an answer and how long they have owed it.
Meeting prep
A one-pager before every call: history, open invoices, and the likely questions.
Invoicing math
Phases, retainers, and net terms calculated the way you already bill.
From morning rush to evening wrap.
You don't manage the agent. You delegate, and it reports back — with everything it touched on the record.
Draft the SOW for Redgate off the call notes.
- Read your notes from the Redgate call on Tuesday.
- Pulled the last three SOWs you wrote for similar scopes.
- Matched the rate card you used for Q2 engagements.
- Drafted the SOW: four phases, twelve weeks, £68k.
- Listed two assumptions I could not confirm rather than guessing them.
Draft SOW ready — four phases, twelve weeks, £68k. Two open questions flagged: data access timing, and whether the Sydney team is in scope.
Saved to your drive. Open questions sent to you, not to the client.

Independent consultants and small practices where you are the delivery team and the back office.
Firms with an ops person and a partner-approval chain already in place.
Every action, on the record.
Held actions wait for you. Blocked ones never ran. Open a row to read the reasoning.
Reading your own message threads is always allowed under your default policy. No approval needed, and it is still written to the log.
Read-only lookup against the MLS connection you authorised at setup. Nothing was written or shared.
Your policy holds every outbound message to a client for approval. The draft sat in the thread until you replied “send”.
Released by you at 07:44 with a one-word reply. The exact text that was sent is stored against this entry.
Calendar holds on your own diary are pre-approved. Invitations to other people are not — that is a separate rule.

The things people ask about Scope.
Does it work with my CRM?
We connect to the CRM you already use, and we're adding more through the beta — prioritized by what members actually use. Tell us your tools during onboarding. Without a CRM connected, Wrasse still drafts from the details you give it.
Do I have to use a CRM at all?
No. The proposals, statements of work, and invoicing math are built-in skills that need nothing connected. The CRM unlocks the follow-up and engagement-status features — drafting from a client's stage and last touchpoint, and flagging engagements that have gone quiet.
Can my clients tell they're talking to an AI?
No — Wrasse drafts messages in your voice for you to send. It doesn't talk to your clients directly. You see every draft before it goes out. If you ever want it to auto-send a class of message, you set that yourself.
What about confidentiality? My client work is sensitive.
Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your client data without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data. See the control overview for the full picture.
What if it makes a mistake?
Wrasse defaults to draft, not send. Every outbound message and every external action waits for your confirmation unless you've explicitly authorized it to act on a whole group without asking. If something goes wrong despite that, the activity log shows every step it took — you can replay or reverse any of it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your data exports on request — full activity log, every saved note, every draft.
