Wrasse SMS help

Wrasse is a hosted AI assistant. If you have connected a phone number to your Wrasse account, your assistant replies to you at that number and delivers reminders you have asked it to set.

To stop messages

Reply STOP to any message. The number is disconnected immediately, and we do not text it again.

To reconnect

Sign in at app.wrasse.ai, open Channels, and follow the pairing instructions. Replying START unblocks the number with your carrier but does not reconnect it to your account — reconnecting is a deliberate step, so that a number which changes hands never picks up someone else's messages.

Message frequency and rates

Message frequency depends on your own use: your assistant replies when you write to it, and sends the reminders you ask for. Message and data rates may apply.

Didn't expect this message?

A Wrasse number is only connected after someone signs in to a Wrasse account and texts a one-time pairing code from the handset itself, so a number cannot be added by anyone who does not have it. If you received a message you did not expect, reply STOP and write to hello@wrasse.ai — we will tell you what happened.
