  1. Where do my open quotes stand?
  2. Drafted a nudge for Dana that offers to walk the coverage, and asks nothing else.
  3. Said nothing about cover being in place, because none of it is bound.
  4. “Hi Dana — checking in on the $1,320 auto quote from Monday. Happy to walk through what it covers if that would help. No rush, and nothing is in place until you say so.”
  5. Send it
  6. Held for your approval. Nothing sent, and no cover implied anywhere in it.
What it carries

What Insurance takes off your desk.

Quotes chased

Knows what is out, who has gone quiet, and for how long — and writes the follow-up for you.

Renewals on date

Nothing lapses quietly. Dates tracked, last year’s terms surfaced, the client note drafted early.

Commission math

New business, renewals, and splits calculated the way your book is actually structured.

A hard line on cover

It never states or implies that cover is bound. That sentence is yours to write, every time.

A Tuesday, delegated · Insurance agent

From morning rush to evening wrap.

You don't manage the agent. You delegate, and it reports back — with everything it touched on the record.

Where do my open quotes stand?

  1. Checked your open quotes. Three out, none accepted.
  2. Dana: auto, $1,320 a year, sent Monday. No reply in four days.
  3. Marcus: home, sent Wednesday. Quill LLC: commercial GL, still quiet.
  4. Drafted a nudge for Dana that offers to walk the coverage, and asks nothing else.
  5. Said nothing about cover being in place, because none of it is bound.
Done, and logged

Questions

The things people ask about Insurance.

Does it work with my CRM?

We connect to the CRM you already use, and we're adding more through the beta — prioritized by what members actually use. Tell us your tools during onboarding. Without a CRM connected, Wrasse still drafts from the details you give it.

Do I have to use a CRM/AMS at all?

No. The quote follow-ups, renewal notices, policy summaries, coverage proposals, and premium-commission math are built-in skills that need nothing connected. The CRM/AMS unlocks the follow-up and pipeline-status features — drafting from a client's stage and last touchpoint, and flagging quotes and renewals that have gone quiet.

Will it ever bind coverage or give advice on its own?

No. Wrasse drafts messages in your voice for you to send; it never states a policy is in force or bound, never recommends a limit you haven't set, and never gives coverage advice. It presents quoted figures for your client's review and leaves the call to you, the licensed agent. You see every draft before it goes out.

What about confidentiality? My client and policy data is sensitive.

Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your client data without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data. See the control overview for the full picture.

What if it makes a mistake?

Wrasse defaults to draft, not send. Every outbound message and every external action waits for your confirmation unless you've explicitly authorized it to act on a whole group without asking. If something goes wrong despite that, the activity log shows every step it took — you can replay or reverse any of it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your data exports on request — full activity log, every saved note, every draft.
