  1. Where do my projects stand?
  2. Bishop: install due 30 September, and no status has gone out this week.
  3. Drafted a follow-up for Alvarez and a status note for Bishop.
  4. “Hi — checking in on the kitchen proposal. Happy to walk through the scope and timeline. The next step is a sign-off so procurement can start, and I can hold the September dates until Friday.”

What Interior Designers takes off your desk.

Proposals drafted

Written from your fee structure and past scopes, with the assumptions written down.

Procurement chased

Knows which order is unconfirmed, with which supplier, and how close the install date is.

Fee math

Flat fees, procurement margins, and deposit splits calculated once and correctly.

A Tuesday, delegated · Interior designer

From morning rush to evening wrap.

You don't manage the agent. You delegate, and it reports back — with everything it touched on the record.

Where do my projects stand?

  1. Read the three live projects. Alvarez, Nguyen, Bishop.
  2. Alvarez: kitchen proposal sent, quiet six days, $6,000 flat fee.
  3. Nguyen: cabinetry order still unconfirmed with the supplier.
  4. Bishop: install due 30 September, and no status has gone out this week.
  5. Drafted a follow-up for Alvarez and a status note for Bishop.

Questions

The things people ask about Interior Designers.

Does it work with my CRM?

We connect to the CRM you already use, and we're adding more through the beta — prioritized by what members actually use. Tell us your tools during onboarding. Without a CRM connected, Wrasse still drafts from the details you give it.

Do I have to use a CRM at all?

No. The design proposals, client updates, invoices, project-status notes, and the fee math are built-in skills that need nothing connected. The CRM unlocks the follow-up and engagement-status features — drafting from a client's project stage and last touchpoint, and flagging clients or projects that have gone quiet.

Will it ever message a client or send something on its own?

No. Wrasse drafts messages in your voice for you to send; it never contacts a client on its own, never sends without your say-so, and never invents a fee, a product cost, a budget, or a timeline. It runs the fee math on the numbers you give it and reports each project as it actually stands. You see every draft before it goes out.

Which fee models does it handle?

All four ways designers price work: hourly, a flat design fee for a defined scope, a percentage of the project budget, and cost-plus — the markup on the furnishings you source. Tell it the model and the numbers and it returns the breakdown — fee basis, discount, tax, the total, and the pre-tax net. It never sets a rate for you; the numbers are the ones you give it.

What about scope creep and budget?

It watches for both. Wrasse prices work cleanly in one model, and when a request goes beyond the agreed scope or budget it surfaces it rather than quietly absorbing it — it'll draft a note flagging the added scope and what it would cost, for you to send. Protecting scope and budget is the difference between a profitable project and a painful one.

What about confidentiality? My clients' data is sensitive.

Your agent is private to you. Every action it takes is logged and checked against your rules — and you can replay any of it. Wrasse staff cannot read your conversations or your clients' material without your explicit authorization. We don't train on your data, and one client's information never surfaces in another's draft. See the control overview for the full picture.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from the dashboard, no questions asked. Your data exports on request — full activity log, every saved note, every draft.
